We offer exchange or store credit only. You may return items within 14 days of receipt of delivery for new, unopened items if the item is; unused and unworn. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
Refunds will only be issued on faulty goods, where a replacement pair cannot be provided - Minus the original Shipping costs.
All international sales are final.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Items purchased from our online store are not insured and all purchases made are at your discretion.
No Refunds on Sale items.
We’ve taken a lot of time to prepare information to help guide you on Sizing. We do recommend you accurately measure your child’s foot prior to ordering to help reduce the need for exchanges. However, if you do need to exchange for another size we are happy to do so, and is subject to availability.
All return/exchange shipping is the customers responsibility.

Postal Shipping times:
Regular Post: 3-10 days
Express Post: 1-3 days
International Delivery time frame is approx.: 6-30 working days.
Note: On average each pair of shoes with packaging weighs about 200-250g.
Shipping Policy: Orders are dispatched daily, Any orders received after 12pm AEST May be fulfilled and despatched for delivery the next business day. Usual processing time is 1-3 Business Days. Except in Busy Periods and Sales our Processing time may take up to 5 working days. We do not Ship on Weekends.
